R-51-67 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ---------------------------------- x O R D E R A self-determination election having been conducted in the above matter op December 20, 1968, pursuant to the Decision and Direction of Election herein (Decision No. 73-68), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Supervising Human Rights Specialists and Principal Human Rights Specialists have expressed a desire to be included in a previously certified collective bargaining unit of Junior Human Rights Specialists and Human Rights Specialists, and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby O R D E R E D, that Certification No. 24-68 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the titles of Supervising Human Rights Specialist and Principal Human Rights Specialist.
