R-55-67; R-56-67 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK -------------------------------- x AMENDED DIRECTION OF ELECTIONS Upon the stipulation of the parties, the Direction of Elections heretofore issued in Cases Nos. R-55-67 and R-56-67 (Decision No. 65-68) is amended to read as follows: DIRECTED, that separate elections by secret ballot shall be conducted under the supervision of the Board of Certification, or its agents, at a time, place and during hours to be fixed by the Board, among: A. Senior Dentists, Per Session, employed by the City of New York during the payroll period immediately preceding the date of this Direction of Election, and B. Medical Specialists (including all specialties), who worked at least one session for the Department of Health during the period from September 1, 1968 to and including December 31, 1968, other than those who have voluntarily quit or who have been discharged for cause before the date of the election, to determine whether or not they desire to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by Doctors Association of the Department of Health of the City of New York.
