RU-64-68 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK ------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION An agreement for determination of representation by checkoff having been executed by the parties herein, And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that the employee here concerned has demonstrated his desire to be represented by Civil Service Technical Guild, Local 375, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization, And the parties having further stipulated, subject to the approval of the Board, that the title of Chemical, Biological and Radiological Officer (Civil Defense), should be added to a previously certified unit consisting of various levels of chemists (CWR 24-67), NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that City-wide Certification CWR 24-67, heretofore issued by the New York City Department of Labor, be and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Chemical, Biological and Radiological Officer (Civil Defense).
