R-53-67 -and-DECISION NO. 52-68 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ----------------------------------- x CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The parties having stipulated that Toll Collectors (Markets) and Parking Meter Collectors constitute a unit appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining., and for determination of representation by check-off of dues, And, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that a majority of the employees in said appropriate unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization, NOW, THEREFORE, Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes Of collective bargaining of all TOLL COLLECTORS (MARKETS) and PARKING METER COLLECTORS, employed by the City of New York.
