RU-12-68 -and-DECISION NO. 11-68 The City of New York (Fire Department) -------------------------------------- x CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATION An election having been conducted in the above matter on April 19, 1968, pursuant to the agreement for consent election and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a collective bargaining representative has been selected, and no objections having been filed by any of the parties within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that National Marine Engineers Beneficial Association, District No. 1, AFL-CIO, having been designated and selected as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining by a majority of the employees casting valid ballots in the election, said National Marine Engineers Beneficial Association, District No. 1, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Pilots, Marine Engineers (Uniformed) and Assistant Marine Engineers (Uniformed), employed by the City of New York (Fire Department).
