AFL-CIO, having been designated and selected as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining by a majority of the employees casting valid ballots in the election, said Civil Service Forum, Local 300, B.S.E.I.U., AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all junior Building Custodians, Assistant Building Custodians, Building Custodians, and Senior Building Custodians, employed by the City of New York.
