RU-554-76 RU-562-76 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Engineering Technician (CETA) and Principal Fire Prevention Inspector should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 46J-75 (as amended by Decisions 47-75, 60-75, 61-75 and 5-76), presently covering various engineering, scientific, inspectorial, and related titles; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46J-75 (as previously an-ended) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the titles of Engineering Technician (CETA) and Principal Fire Prevention Inspector, subject to existing contracts if any.
