RE-74-76 -and-DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and /or its affiliated locals -and-CITY EMPLOYEES UNION, LOCAL 237, I.B.T. --------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER On May 3, 1976, the Office of Labor Relations of the City of New York filed its motion herein, requesting the deletion of all Work Relief Employment Project (WREP) titles from all certifications containing such titles, on the ground that “all WREP titles are defunct and there are no longer any employees in any WREP titles.” The affected Unions have received due notice, and no objections have been filed by any party. Moreover, our investigation confirms that all WREP titles have been abolished and there are no longer any WREP employees. Accordingly, we shall grant the City’s motion. 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
