RE-73-76 -and-DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO/and its affiliated Locals, Respondent ---------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER The Office of Labor Relations, by letter dated April 23, 1976, requested the deletion of the title of Supervisor of Park Operations from Certification No. 461-75 * on the ground that “there are presently no incumbents in that title and apparently have been no incumbents for the past eight years.” Our investigation confirms this. The City also states that “there is no expectation that the title will be filled in the future.” The Union, in a letter dated June 23, 1976, states that it “does not oppose the City’s request to delete the title...” Accordingly, we shall grant the City’s request. * This Certification covers a Parks and Public Works Unit, consisting of 23 titles plus specialties and restorer'. Rule X equivalents.
