RE-70-76 LOCAL 1187, COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS OF AMERICA, AFL-CIO --------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER REVOKING CERTIFICATION The Office of Labor Relations, by letter dated February 11, 1976, requested this Board to revoke Certification No. 63-68 (as amended by Decision No. 9-69), covering the titles of Labor-Management Practices Adjuster, Senior Labor-Management Practices Adjuster, and Principal Labor-Management Practices Adjuster, which is held by Local 1187, Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, on the ground that There are no incumbents in any of these titles and there is no expectation that these titles will be filled in the future.” Our investigation confirms that these titles are vacant and shows, in addition, that they have been vacant for more than four years. The Union, by letter dated April 20, 1976, stated that it does not object to the request of the Office of Labor Relations.
