RU-541-76 -and- RU-549-76 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Camera Operator (LEAA), Microfilm Laboratory Supervisor (LEAA), Microfilm Production Supervisor (LEAA), Administrator (LEAA), Deputy Microfilm Manager (LEAA), Computer Output Microfilm Operator, Senior Computer Output Microfilm Operator, and Supervising Computer Output Microfilm Operator should be added to Certification No. 46C-75 (as amended by Decisions 47-75, 48-75 and 2-76), presently covering various clerical and related titles; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in the unit as amended herein have authorized check-off of dues in behalf of Petitioner;

RU-541-76 RU-549-76 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46C-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Camera Operator (LEAA), Microfilm Laboratory Supervisor (LEAA), Microfilm Production Supervisor (LEAA), Administrator (LEAA), Deputy Microfilm Manager (LEAA), Computer Output Microfilm Operator, Senior computer Output Microfilm Operator, and Supervising Computer Output Microfilm Operator, subject to existing contracts, if any.
