RU-539-75 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that the titles of Junior Public Health Officer, Public Health Officer, and Senior Public Health Officer (all including specialties) be, and the same hereby are, added to Certification No. 50-73 (as amended); and it is further ORDERED, that the titles of Public Health Officer Trainee, Assistant Public Health Physician, Physician (Part Time) (Obstetrical Instruction), Physician (Part Time) (Pediatric Instruction), Senior Physician (Part Time) (Tuberculosis Instruction), Supervising Physician (including specialties), and Supervisor of Clinics (including specialty) be, and the same hereby are, deleted from Certification No. 50-73 (as amended), subject to existing contracts, if any.
