RU-552-76 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Sanitation Man (CETA) should be added, by accretion, to Certification 1 NYCDL No. 1, presently covering Sanitation Men; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification 1 NYCDL No. 1 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Sanitation Man (CETA), subject to existing contracts, if any.
