RU-495-75 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Supervising Taxi and Limousine Inspector should be added to Certification No. 9-74 (as amended by Decisions 32-74 and 73-74), presently covering the titles of Taxi and Limousine Inspector, Water Use Inspector, Transportation Inspector, Blasting Inspector, and related titles; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in said unit, as amended herein, have demonstrated their desire to be represented by City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T., by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
