RE-61-75 MOVING PICTURE MACHINE OPERATORS UNION, LOCAL 306, I.A.T.S.E., AFL-CIO ---------------------------------- x DECISION AND ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTIFICATIONS On November 25, 1975, the Office of Labor Relations of the City of New York filed its petition herein, requesting the consolidation of the following certifications held by Moving Picture Machine Operators Union, Local 306, I.A.T.S.E., AFL-CIO: Certification CWR-30/67 (as amended), covering Audio-Visual Aid Technician and Motion Picture Operator; and Certification CWR-31/67, covering Senior Audio-Visual Aid Technician. The parties have been notified of the pendency of this petition, and no objection has been raised. Our investigation shows that such a consolidated unit would be appropriate for collective bargaining purposes.
Decision No. 63-75 2 Docket No. RE-61-75 O R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certifications CWR-30/67 (as amended) and CWR-31/67 be, and the same hereby are, combined and consolidated so as to constitute one bargaining unit consisting of the titles set forth below; and it is hereby CERTIFIED that Moving Picture Machine Operators Union, Local 306, I.A.T.S.E., AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all employees in the consolidated unit, to wit: Audio-Visual Aid Technicians, Motion Picture Operators, and Senior Audio-Visual Aid Technicians, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, subject to existing contracts, if any, covering any or all of said employees.
