RU-498-75 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND ITS BOARD OF ELECTIONS --------------------------------- x DECISION AND ORDER On January 22, 1975, Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, filed its petition herein, seeking to add the titles of Assistant Management Analyst and Chief Custodian to Certification No. 45-71, covering various employees of the Board of Elections. (This Certification was subsequently amended by Decision No. 42-75 to include the Accountant in the Board of Elections.) The City's Office of Labor Relations, which had originally opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioned titles were "managerial and/or confidential," has now withdrawn its objection to the Chief Custodian title, while Petitioner has withdrawn the title of Assistant Management Analyst from its petition. . As there is no longer any dispute, and the sole remaining petitioned title herein may appropriately be accreted to Certification No. 45-71 (as amended by Decision No. 42-75), our order so provides.
Decision No. 49-75 2 Docket No. RU-498-75 O R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 45-71 (as previously amended by Decision No. 42-75) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the Chief Custodian employed by the Board of Elections, subject to existing contracts, if any.
