Decision No. 46-75 later consolidated these Certifications with others, so that Units I and II above now form part of Certification No. 46C-75, and Unit III above is part of Certification No. 46D-75.
Decision No. 48-75 2 Docket No. RU-492-74 The Office of Labor Relations of the City of New York does not object to any portion of this petition except that it opposes certification for Clerk (LEAA) and Typist (LEAA) on the ground that these titles are obsolete. Our investigation indicates that these titles are vacant and confirms that they are obsolete. Accordingly, we shall exclude these two titles from our order herein. Our investigation also shows that the correct nomenclature of "Statistician Aide (LEAA)" is "Statistical Aide (LEAA)", and we will certify this title accordingly. It further appears to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in each unit as amended herein have demonstrated their desire to be represented by Petitioner by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization. O R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46C-75 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the titles of Budget and Accounts Clerk (LEAA), Secretarial Clerk (LEAA), Secretary (LEAA), and Statistical Aide (LEAA); and it is further
