RU-462-74 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------- x CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE An election having been conducted in the above matter on July 19, 1975, pursuant to the Direction of Election herein (Decision No. 16-75), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Detective Investigators, Senior Detective Investigators, Rackets Investigators, Senior Rackets Investigators, Supervising Rackets Investigators, County Detectives, and Chief County Detectives, casting valid ballots in said election, have voted for representation by Detective Investigators Benevolent Association of New York City, Inc.; and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor;
Decision No. 30-75 2 Docket No. RU-462-74 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED that Detective Investigators Benevolent Association of New York City, Inc., is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Detective Investigators, Senior Detective Investigators, Rackets Investigators, Senior Rackets Investigators, Supervising Rackets Investigators, County Detectives, and Chief County Detectives employed by the Offices of the District Attorneys of the five counties comprising the City of New York, subject to existing contracts, if any.
