By letter dated June 2, 1975, Pavers and Roadbuilders District Council, through its attorney, requested withdrawal of its representation petition.
Decision No. 28-75 2 Docket No. RU-496-75 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that the request to withdraw the petition in the within matter be, and the same hereby is, granted; and it is further ORDERED that the direction of election contained in Decision No. 15-75 be, and the same hereby is, rescinded; and it is further ORDERED that Civil Service Forum, Local 300, SEIU, AFL-CIO, continues to be, and is, the exclusive certified representative of Road Menders (EEA), Road Menders (CETA), Asphalt Workers, and Foreman Asphalt Workers, now covered by Certification No. 27-73 (as amended by Decision No. 73-74), subject to existing contracts, if any.
