RU-461-74 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the employees of the Unified Court System within the City of New York who are serving in titles of Library Clerk*, Assistant Librarian*, Librarian*, Law Librarian I, Law Librarian II, and Law Librarian III should be added, by accretion, to Certification CWR-44/67 (as amended Decisions 83-73 and 11-74), presently covering various levels of attorneys; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby * Refers solely to employees in titles "retained for present incumbents only", and is not to he confused with employees in similar, unasterisked titles.

ORDERED that Certification CWR-44/67 (as previously amended by Decisions 83-73 and 11-74) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the employees of the Unified Court System within the City of New York who are serving in the titles of Library Clerk, Assistant Librarian, Librarian, Law Librarian I, Law Librarian II, and Law Librarian III, subject to existing contracts, if any.
