RU-463-74 AFL-CIO -and-THE CITY OP NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------------x CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE An election having been conducted in the above matter on November 14, 1974, pursuant to the Direction of Flection herein (Decision No. 55-74), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Photographers, Senior Photographers, and employees in restored Rule X titles serving, in positions equated thereto, casting valid ballots in said election, have voted for representation by City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T.; and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby

CERTIFIED that City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T. is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Photographers, Senior Photographers, and employees in restored Rule X titles serving in positions equated thereto, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, and, further, subject to existing contracts, if any.
