RU-467-74 RU-468-74 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Instructor-Chairman and Assistant Head Nurse should be added to Certification No. 73-73 (as amended by Decision No. 3-74), presently covering various nursing titles, the cited Certification being held by the Union; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in the unit as amended herein have demonstrated their desire to be represented by New York State Nurses Association, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
