RU-449-74 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Physician Associate and Physician's Associate should be added to Certification No. 77-73, presently covering various public health nursing and related titles, the cited Certification being held by the Union; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in the unit as amended herein have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of Local 436 of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
