RU-470-74 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The Union having moved, pursuant to Rule 2.19 of the Consolidated Rules of the Office of Collective Bargaining for amendment of its Certification No. 39-73 (as amended by Decision No. 51-73), presently covering various clerical, stenographic, office machine operation, and related titles, by adding thereto the new titles of Fiscal Office Assistant (CETA), Office Assistant (CETA) and Secretary (CETA); and for amendment of its Certification No. 22-72 (as amended by Decisions 58-72 and 57-73), presently covering various institutional service and hospital aide titles by adding thereto the new titles of Patient Aide (CETA) and Hospital Aide (CETA); and No objections to the motion having been filed within the time provided therefor; and

Our investigation having confirmed Petitioner's allegation that the newly created titles are "specialties" of titles covered in the aforementioned certifications; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 39-73, as previously amended by Decision No. 51-73, be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Fiscal Office Assistant (CETA), Office Assistant (CETA) and Secretary (CETA); and it is further ORDERED that Certification No. 22-72, as previously amended by Decisions 58-72 and 57-73, be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the titles of Patient Aide (CETA) and Hospital Aide (CETA), subject to existing contracts, if any.
