RU-469-74 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Harness Maker should be added to Certification No. 28-72 (as amended by Decisions 1-73 and 99-73), presently covering Horseshoer, Maintenance Man, Refrigeration Service Mechanic, and related titles; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that the one employee in the title of Harness Maker has demonstrated his desire to be represented by City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T., by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
