Cert.)] OFFICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BOARD OF CERTIFICATION - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X In the Matter of THE CITY OF' NEW YORK AND RELATED DECISION NO. 58-74 PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -and-DOCKET NO. RE-49-74 DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO; CITY EMPLOYEES UNION, LOCAL 237, I.B.T.; and LOCAL 144, HOTEL, HOSPITAL, NURSING HOME AND ALLIED HEALTH SERVICES UNION, S.E.I.U., AFL-CIO; jointly - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Mental Health Assistant should be transferred from Certification No. 38-73 (as amended), presently covering various mental health worker titles, to Certification No, 98-73 (as amended), presently covering various medical, hospital and laboratory technicians, the former Certification being held by District Council 37, and the latter one being held by the three captioned Unions; And it further appearing that a majority of the employees in the unit as amended herein have authorized check-off of dues in behalf of the joint Petitioners;
Decision No. 58-74 Docket No. RE-49-74 2. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 38-73 (as amended by Decisions 58A-73 and 74-73) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the title of Mental Health Assistant; and it is further ORDERED that Certification No., 98-73 (as amended by Decision No. 34-74) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Mental Health Assistant, subject to existing contracts, if any.
