RU-455-74 ALLIED HEALTH SERVICES UNION, S.E.I.U., AFL-CIO; jointly -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Ambulance Corpsman, Supervising Ambulance Corpsman and Paramedic Ambulance Corpsman should be added to Certification No. 98-73 (as amended by Decision No. 34-74), presently covering various medical, hospital and laboratory technicians, the cited Certification being held jointly by the unions; And it further appearing that a majority of the employees in the unit as amended herein have authorized check-off of dues in behalf of the joint Petitioners; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
Decision No. 57-74 Docket No. RU-455-74 2. ORDERED, that Certification No. 98-73 (as amended by Decision No. 34-74) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Ambulance Corpsman Supervising Ambulance Corpsman and Paramedic Ambulance Corpsman, subject to existing contracts, if any.
