RU-450-74 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - — - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the employees of the Maternal Infant Care Services program of the Department of Health of the City of New York who are serving in the title of Cytologist should be added to Certification CWR-23/67 (as amended by Decisions 27-71 and 13-72), presently covering Bacteriologist, Microbiologist, Senior Biologist (Cancer Research), and related titles, the cited Certification being held by the Union; And it further appearing that both of the Cytologists have authorized check-off of dues in behalf of Local 144; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
Decision No. 56-74 Docket No. RU-450-74 2. ORDERED that Certification CWR-23/67 (as amended by Decisions 24-71 and 13-72) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the employees of the Maternal Infant Care Services program of the Department of Health of the City of New York who are serving in the title of Cytologist, subject to existing contracts, if any.
