RU-448-74 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER On June 17, 1974, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, filed its motion herein, requesting to add the "title" of Community Service Aide (TEP*) to its Certification No. 15-73 (as amended), covering various social service and related titles, including Community Service Aide (without parenthetical designation). The Office of Labor Relations opposes this petition on the ground that "Community Service Aide (TEP) is not a civil service title. Incumbents are part of the title Community Service Aide, which title is already certified to District Council 37 ... (see Decision 15-73)." The Union does not dispute this, and our investigation confirms it, Accordingly, we shall dismiss the petition. * Transitional Employment Program.
