No objections or interventions have been filed. The Appropriate Unit and Representative Status All of the petitioned titles are classified in the Competitive Class, subject to Rule X, in the Skilled Craftsman and Operative Service, and are subject to Section 220 of the Labor Law ("prevailing rate").
