Principal Parking Enforcement Agents casting valid ballots voted in favor of representation by Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO; and no objection having been filed within the time provided therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED that Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Senior Parking Enforcement Agents, Supervising Parking Enforcement Agents and Principal Parking Enforcement Agents employed by the City of New York, subject to existing contracts, if any.
