RU-439-74 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that Certification No.67-72, covering Bricklayer, Cement Mason, Mason's Helper, Plasterer, Foreman Plasterer and Foreman Bricklayer; and Certification No.63-69, covering Roofer and Foreman Roofer, should be consolidated, the cited Certifications being held by the union; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certifications 67-72 and 63-69 be, and the same hereby are, combined and consolidated so as to constitute one bargaining unit consisting of the titles set forth below; and it is hereby

CERTIFIED that City Employees Union, Local 237, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all employees in the consolidated unit, to wit: Plasterers, Foremen Plasterers, Cement Masons, Mason's Helpers, Bricklayers, Foremen Bricklayers, Roofers and Foremen Roofers, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, and, further, subject to existing contracts, if any, covering any or all of said employees.
