RU-415-73 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER On November 15, 1973, City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T., filed its petition herein, requesting certification as exclusive collective bargaining representative for employees of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation in the "title" of Food Unit Manager. The Office of Labor Relations opposes this petition on the ground that the petitioned "title" is "neither recognized or contemplated by the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation [nor] classified by the Department of Personnel." Our investigation confirms this and shows that, in addition, there are no employees in such title. Accordingly, we shall dismiss the petition.
Decision No. 14-74 Docket No. RU-415-73 2. 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that the petition filed herein by the City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T.,be, and the same hereby is, dismissed.
