By letter dated July 12, 1973, Local 300 applied to intervene herein, alleging that the petitioned title should be added to its Certification 8 NYCDL No.67, covering a unit of Mortgage Tax Examiners, Satisfaction Clerks, and Senior Satisfaction Clerks. A hearing was held before Eleanor L. Sovern, Esq., Trial Examiner, on October 15, 1973, at which intervenor withdrew, stating that it had no interest in the petitioned title. The remaining parties agree that the petitioned unit is appropriate, and our investigation shows that a majority of the employees lin the unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by Petitioner by having authorized check-off of dues in its behalf. 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
