RE-37-73 LOCAL 154, DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO --------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER REVOKING CERTIFICATION The Office of Labor Relations filed its petition herein on October 5, 1973, requesting this Board to revoke the certification (CWR-41/67) covering the titles of Assistant Supervisor of Control Center and Borough Supervisor of Control Center, which is held by Local 154, D.C. 37, AFSCME. AFL-CIO, on the ground that said titles “... are obsolete since there are neither incumbents in these positions nor is there an expectation that these titles will be filled in the future.” Our investigation confirms this and shows, in addition, that these titles have been vacant for more than five years. The Union has not interposed any objection to the petition of the Office of Labor Relations.
