RE-36-73 CIVIL SERVICE FORUM, LOCAL 300, SEIU, AFL-CIO --------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER REVOKING CERTIFICATION The Office of Labor Relations, by letter dated September 10, 1973, requested this Board to revoke Certification CWR-40/67, covering Shelter Inspector (Civil Defense); and Certification No.43-68, covering Senior Shelter Inspector (Civil Defense) and Supervising Shelter Inspector (Civil Defense), which are held by Civil Service Forum, Local 300, SEIU, AFL-CIO, on the ground that they “ ... are obsolete since there are neither incumbents in these units nor is there an expectation that these titles will be filled in the future.” Our investigation confirms this and shows, in addition, that these title have been vacant for more than two years. The Union has not interposed any objection to the request of the Office of Labor Relations.
