RE-34-73 DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and/or its affiliated Locals ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The City having petitioned, pursuant to Rule 2.20 of the Consolidated Rules of the Office of Collective Bargaining, to have Addiction Program Administrators designated as managerial/confidential employees," said employees being presently certified to District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and/or its affiliated Locals [Certification No. 15-73 (as amended by Decisions 56-73 and 67-73)]; and The Union having withdrawn its objections to this petition; and The twenty-day period, during which any person in the affected title might have filed an application to intervene in support of or opposition to the petitioned action, having passed without such application;
DECISION NO. 81-73 DOCKET NO. RE-34-73 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Addiction Program Administrators be, and they hereby are, designated managerial and/or confidential employees and are excluded from Certification No. 15-73 (as previously amended).
