RB-41-73 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER By a notice dated August 27, 1973, the parties hereto were advised by the Board of Certification of its proposal to consolidate certain specified Certifications held by Allied Building Inspectors. Local 211, I.U.O.E., AFL-CIO. The said notice set forth the titles within the Certifications proposed to be consolidated by the Board. The said notice also afforded all parties, including the parties hereto, an opportunity to show cause why such proposed consolidation of the specified units should not be acted upon, and said notice was published in the City Record on September 4, 1973. There has been no opposition by any party to the Board’s proposal, and the time within which to oppose the Board’s proposal, as prescribed in said notice and published in the City Record, has expired. Therefore, the Board’s proposal is adopted as the decision of the Board, and, accordingly, the Board directs consolidation of the specified units as set forth in the order entered herein.
Decision No. 71-73 2 Docket No. RB-41-73 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certifications 56A-71 and 56B-71 be, and the same hereby are, combined and consolidated so as to constitute one bargaining unit consisting of the titles set forth below; and it is hereby CERTIFIED that Allied Building Inspectors, Local 211, I.U.O.E., AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all employees in the consolidated unit, to wit: Building Rehabilitation Specialists, Boiler Inspectors, Senior Boiler Inspectors, Inspectors of Low Pressure Boilers, Construction Inspectors, Senior Construction Inspectors, Elevator Inspectors, Senior Elevator Inspectors, Hoist and Rigging Inspectors, Senior Hoist and Rigging Inspectors, Housing Construction Inspectors, Senior Housing Construction Inspectors, Housing Inspectors, Senior Housing Inspectors, Heating and Ventilating Inspectors, Senior Heating and Ventilating Inspectors, Hull and Machinery Inspectors, Inspectors of Cement Tests, Senior Inspectors of Cement Tests, Inspectors of Concrete Tests, Plastering Inspectors, Senior Plastering Inspectors, Plumbing Inspectors, Senior Plumbing Inspectors, Steel Construction Inspectors, Senior Building
