RU-382-73 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed that the subsequently-created titles of Assistant Park Maintainer and Park Maintainer should be added, by accretion, to Certification No.33-72, presently covering Gardener, Foreman of Gardeners and related titles, the cited Certification being held by the Union and the Board having ascertained that the petitioned titles are to be filled by promotion examinations to be held in the near future, all those eligible to take these examinations being presently employed by the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Administration; and, it, thus, appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that the requested unit accretion is appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
