RU-381-73 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the subsequently-created title of Senior Speech and Hearing Therapist should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 66-72, presently covering Speech and Hearing Therapist and other therapist titles, the cited Certification being held by the Union; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No. 66-72 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Senior Speech and Hearing Therapist, subject to existing contracts, if any.
