RU-361-73 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the subsequently-created title of Mental Health Assistant should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 38-73, presently covering Mental Health Worker, the cited Certification being held by the Union. The title Mental Health Assistant was originally petitioned to be included in Certification No. 58-73. The City objected to the inclusion of the Mental Health Assistant title in the unit created by the latter certification, maintaining that it would more appropriately be accreted to the unit created by Certification No. 38-73 covering Mental Health Workers. The petitioner subsequently agreed to the City’s position and the Board concurred in this request;
Decision No. 58A-73 2 Docket No. RU-361-73 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No. 38-73 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Mental Health Assistant, subject to existing contracts, if any.
