RU-375-73 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Park Worker (E.E.A.-W) * should be added to Certification No.39-72, as amended by Decision No.55-72, presently covering Attendant, Watchman, and related titles as well as their “LEA” equivalents, including Park Worker (E.E.A.), the cited Certification being held by the Union; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; * This Decision does not relate to persons employed under the Work Relief Employment Project (WREP).
Decision No. 53-73 2 Docket No. RU-375-73 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No.39-72, as amended by Decision No.55-72, be, and the-same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Park Worker (E.E.A.-W), subject to existing contracts, if any.
