RU-346-72 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto have agreed, and it appears to the satisfaction of the Board, that the subsequently created titles of Probation Officer Trainee (E.E.A.) and Community Worker (E.E.A.) should be added to Certification No.64-68, presently covering Probation Officer Trainee, Probation Officer, Probation Officer (Incumbent) and Senior Probation Officer. It appears to the Board that employees in the titles of Probation Officer Trainee (E.E.A.-6) and Community Worker (E.E.A.-6) share a community of interest with employees in the aforementioned titles and should be included by accretion, in the same Certification No.64-68. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
