RE-28-73 OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The City having petitioned, pursuant to Rule 2.20 of the Consolidated Rules of the office of Collective Bargaining, to have the Lieutenant in the Police Service who is serving as Commander of Payroll Division designated as a confidential employee, said employee being presently certified to Lieutenants Benevolent Association of the City of New York (Certification 5 NYCDL No.78); and The Lieutenants Benevolent Association having no objections to the petition; 1 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 1 In response to a written inquiry by Deputy Chairman Ruffo, Lt.
