RB-29-73 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER By a notice dated January 31, 1973, the parties hereto were advised by the Board of Certification of its proposal to consolidate certain specified Certifications held by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO and/or its affiliated Locals. The said notice set forth the titles within the Certifications proposed to be consolidated by the Board. The said notice also afforded all parties, including the parties hereto, an opportunity to show cause why such proposed consolidation of the specified units should not be acted upon, and said notice was published in the City Record on February 2, 1973. There has been no opposition by any party to the Board's proposal, and the time within which to oppose the Board's proposal, as prescribed in said notice and published in the City Record, has expired. Therefore, the Board's proposal is adopted as the decision of the Board, and, accordingly, the Board directs consolidation of the specified units as set forth in the Order entered herein.
Decision No. 15-73 Docket No. RB-29-73 2. 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification 26-72 (as amended by Decision No.57-72), 40-72 (as amended by Decision No.53-72), that portion of 6 NYCDL No.50 covering Supervisor of Group Workers, that portion of 6 NYCDL No.59 covering Group Worker, MR-20/64 (covering Caretaker at Bridge House), 49-72, CWR-68/67, 52-71 (as amended by Decision No.1-72), CWR-72/67, CWR-73/67, CWR-74/67, CWR-75/67, 47-72, CWR-5/67 (as amended by Decision No.30-71), and the Certification by reason of prior voluntary recognition covering Veteran Counselor and Senior Veteran Counselor be, and the same hereby are, combined and consolidated so as to constitute one bargaining unit consisting of the titles set forth below; and it is hereby CERTIFIED that District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO and/or its affiliated Locals, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all employees in the consolidated unit, to wit: Addiction Aide, Addiction Counselor, Addiction Specialist (including specialty), Area Services Coordinator, Assistant Addiction Counselor, Assistant Area Services Coordinator, Assistant case Worker, Assistant Community Liaison Worker, Assistant Community Organization
