Cert.)] OFFICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BOARD OF CERTIFICATION - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X In the Matter of CITY EMPLOYEES UNION, LOCAL 237, DECISION NO. 1-73 INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS -and-DOCKET NO. RU-350-72 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto have agreed, and it appears to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Handyman (E.E.A.) should be added to Certification No.28-72, presently covering Maintenance Man, Maintenance Man Trainee, Maintenance and Control Planner, Maintenance Planning and Control Supervisor, and Horseshoer. It appears to the Board that employees in the titles of Handyman (E.E.A.-6) and Handyman (E.E.A.-W) share a community of interest with employees in the aforementioned titles and should be included in the same Certification No.28-72. It further appears to the satisfaction of the Board that the unit as amended herein is appropriate and that a majority of the employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T., by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization.

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No.28-72 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the titles of Handyman (E.E.A.), Handyman (E.E.A.-6), and Handyman (E.E.A.-W), subject to existing contracts, if any.
