NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 30-82 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, amended to add Accountable Care Manager (Title Code No. 509530), subject to existing contracts, if any; and it is ORDERED that Certification No. 30-82 (as previously amended) be further amended to delete Care Manager, Registered Nurse, Levels I and II (Title Code Nos. 509410 and 509420).
