(“Union”) filed a petition requesting that the Board of Certification amend Certification No. 57-78, the Fire Alarm Dispatchers bargaining unit, to reflect that the certified bargaining representative has changed its name from the Fire Alarm Dispatchers Benevolent Association, Inc., to the Uniformed Fire Alarm Dispatchers Benevolent Association, Inc. Notice of this petition was given to the public and the City of New York, and no objections were filed. Upon investigation, the Board is satisfied that it should grant the petition.
