RU-298-72 STATE OF NEW YORK -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Reporting Stenographer should be added to Certification 8 NYCDL No.22 (as previously amended), presently covering the title of Court Reporter I; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by Local 1070, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers-vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
Decision No. 62-72 2 Docket No. RU-298-72 ORDERED that Certification 8 NYCDL No.22 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Reporting Stenographer; and, as amended, such unit shall be cited as "Decision No.62-72" and shall consist of employees in the titles of Reporting Stenographer and Court Reporter I, employed by the Unified Court System within the City of New York, subject to existing contracts, if any.
