RU-332-72 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -------------------------------- X ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTIFICATIONS The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that Certification No.48-69, presently covering various administrative titles, and Certification CWR-55/67, held by petitioner and presently covering certain supervisory clerical titles, should be consolidated; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certifications 48-69 and CWR-55/67 be, and the same hereby are, combined and consolidated so as to constitute one bargaining unit consisting of the titles set forth below; and it is further CERTIFIED, that Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all employees in the consolidated unit, to wit: Personnel Assistants and Personnel Associates
